Before real estate, I spent 23 years in banking, 20 of them with credit unions, including a decade as a retail manager. I spent those years on the lending side of the table, helping people understand their finances and get ready to borrow. That experience shapes how I work today. I know what lenders look for, and I help my clients get prepared long before they make an offer.

I specialize in first-time homebuyers, and I walk my clients through every step so nothing feels like a mystery. I also proudly serve veterans, partnering with preferred VA lenders who know the program well. And I work with investors, including Global clients and investors buying in Florida from outside the U.S.
